Finance Officer - Payment Processing
Solihull based
Salary of £17,000 with a Guaranteed Annual Bonus and a number of other excellent benefits

Working for a UK based Finance Provider you will be responsible for ensuring that rent received is credited to client's bank accounts and is reconciled accurately and efficiently.

You will also be responsible for ensuring transactions are recorded on the transaction batch system - Assist with checking and approval of transaction batches - Ensuring statements and invoices submitted comply with VAT regulations.

In order for you to be a success in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and be highly numerate.
  • Strong communication and keyboard skills.
  • Strong time management.
  • Ability to juggle workload whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft packages (specifically Excel skills)

Previous experience working in an accounts environment (Purchase Ledger, Credit Control, Processing Payments, Reconciliation of payments etc.) would be advantageous but is not essential
