Jenny Packham is a leading luxury bridal and evening wear brand with a 28 year track record of success. The PR and marketing team play a significant role in ensuring exceptional coverage and maximum brand exposure for the business in a demanding marketplace.

Purpose

We are looking for a highly creative individual to join the marketing & PR team. Working across a wide range of marketing projects, it is essential you have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills especially in Photoshop and InDesign. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing all creative materials and working closely with the Brand Director and PR Manager and internal teams, (PR, Wholesale, Retail, Design and Production) to ensure all departments are supported with the relevant marketing collateral.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Translating briefs from the design team into innovative high end creative pieces of artwork
  • Creating concepts for all brand Advertising Campaigns
  • Print work production including brochure creation - from layout, artwork to print
  • Retouching/Image work
  • Creating sales materials including look-books & mini-sheets for the sales teams - print & digital versions
  • Supporting internal teams with creative projects and artwork
  • Creating and coordinating e-newsletters and e-cards
  • Creating and managing show collateral - creating sales invites, show invites, press releases, uploading images & videos onto website, post show release online etc
  • Managing all content on the website, updating news section, red carpet gallery, editorial etc.
  • Ongoing aesthetic design development of the website
  • Creating and uploading videos, banners for launches, promotions and news features
  • Seasonal updating and/or preparing imagery of seasonal content
  • Maintaining the company presentations, celebrity & editorial highlights
  • Stockist & Retail support - Imagery, logo, showcards, DVD’s lookbooks, Designer Day Invites
  • Managing the image and artwork archive

Requirements:

  • BA in Graphic Design (& Digital Marketing) or equivalent experience
  • Must have experience working on artwork for print, ecommerce and digital sites
  • Good knowledge of HTML, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good working knowledge of Magento for website
  • Superb layout skills, fantastic typography and good retouching skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident writing and proof reading skills
  • Understanding of the brand's values and tone of voice and a creative sense to bring design briefs to life
  • Experience with CRM development and mailchimp, ideal but not essential
