Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Administrator
Hours: Full time Mon-Fri
Location: Central Leeds
Salary: £17,000 - £18,000
I am currently seeking an Accounts Assistant/Administrator to come and join the team of a very established company based in Leeds city centre. Due to continuous expansion my client are seeking some additional support in house and are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to join the team.
As part of a team environment you will be responsible for processing accurate payments and dealing with payment queries. Using online systems you will be collating data from staff timesheets on a weekly basis, dealing with pay queries, processing invoices, dealing with credit notes and maintaining the internal CRM with accurate information.
We are looking for people with the following skill set:
High levels of accuracy / attention to detail
Previous experience within an accounts department
Good levels of customer service to deal with queries
Excellent communication skills
Great team player
Punctual, articulate and professional approach
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience of working towards deadlines - good time management
As you can see this is going to be a busy and varied role so would suit someone who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in with the team and is happy to take on additional responsibilities where necessary.
