HEAD HUNTED Recruitment are working with an exciting forward thinking company who are looking for a confident and proactive Account Manager who has previous experience within a media background.
This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager or a Sales Executive who is looking for a step up to the next level.
Key Objective of the Account Manager:
•Achieve monthly targets set by cross selling across media products (including print, digital and events) to increase the revenue streams of each
•Generate new business by sourcing own leads, and building relationships with C-suite decision makers and/or marketing departments through cold-calling
•Ensure that KPI’s are met, including: call times daily, lead generation and number of qualified pitches made per day
•Business development of existing accounts
•Work alongside management in order to grow and train the team
Key qualities of the Account Manager:
•Minimum of 2 years media sales experience (B2B preferred) selling to board level and media agencies
•Evidence of consistently achieving/exceeding targets
•Ability to be self-motivated when required along with working well within a team
•Highly organised and able to lead and manage multiple responsibilities including various campaigns, clients and team members
•A genuine passion for media and sales with the drive to progress
This is an exciting position and comes with excellent benefits and a starting salary of 20K - 24K DOE and a realistic OTE of 35K - 40K
