Administrative Assistant - Community Administration
An opportunity has arisen for Administrative Assistant to join the Community Administration Team within Erskine Health Centre This post will provide front line reception for community clinic , support to the general operation of the building, support to services using the premises, e.g. booking rooms, procurements processes, reporting repairs, and general building management. In addition you will provide clerical and administration support to Health Visiting Team which will include, data input, record management and general typing. You will be required to deal with clients, members of the public and staff. A general administrative role, utilizing EMIS web, TrakCare, you will be tasked with making appointments, data input, use of telephone, dealing with NHS and external agencies. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar environment, standard grade English and good IT skills evidence by experience and or ECDL.
