Marketing Coordinator

£30k per annum

Permanent, full-time

An international brand in the credit cards and payments space is currently seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to provide operational and project management support to marketing initiatives across their European business, with the goal of driving global sales.

You will be managing the execution and day to day implementation of marketing strategy for the brand, in addition to researching and analysing data to support the delivery of through the line marketing objectives across Europe.

The role:

  • Project coordination support for all marketing projects in Europe.
  • Assisting in the preparation and management of key conferences and meetings.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Draft marketing communications and collateral, including brochures, press releases website content for approval.
  • Updating marketing content plan periodically as required, alongside marketing lead.
  • Working closely with European branches on marketing initiative, disseminating information effectively and collating and reporting on feedback - special offers, promotions, etc.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with media vendors and publishers during collaboration on promotional activities.
  • Monitoring campaigns and projects using various metrics and reporting on performance.
  • Providing operational and administrative support to TTL marketing activities across Europe.
  • Coordinating marketing meetings, logging actions and contacts in CRM.
  • Occasional travel locally and overseas within Europe.

Essential skills required:

  • Experienced in marketing project management and coordination.
  • Experience in content creation and communication through social networking and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to interpret data to help the company to make informed decisions on marketing projects.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills across an organisation.
  • The ability to create and deliver compelling presentations internally and externally.
  • Highly organised and proactive with the ability to meet challenging deadlines.
