Your new role
As IT Service Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining a high performing service support function through the IT Service Desk. Management of the IT Support Technician and IT Support Assistant roles, including ongoing personal development of these direct reports. Managing and supporting the IT Communications infrastructure for regional offices and site locations and ensuring most cost-effective IT set-up solutions for these. Development and on-going management of best practice procedures for site set-up. Management of third party contractors. Management of site IT communications budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
great People / inter-personal management skills, problem solving skills and initiative. Knowledge of communication best practice, planning, time management skills. Technically astute with great analytical skills. Up to date knowledge of IT developments including communications. Strong work ethic and the ability to integrate with a team.
