Volunteer Recruitment Administrator

To support the Recruitment Co-ordinators with their administration duties.

Job Duties

  • Make and receive inbound and outbound calls received through the recruitment team hotline
  • Upload new applications onto the HR Database ready for processing
  • Keep all job boards up to date with new and relevant job vacancies
  • Updating internal spreadsheets with any posting updates made to job boards
  • Searching for suitable candidates via CV search databases

Person Specification

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills including basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to follow basic instructions
