IT Service Desk Analyst (Office365)

Human Capital Ventures are recruiting on behalf of a leading IT Services Organisation. They are currently looking to fill a 1-month rolling contract role as 1st Line Support Analyst to provide phone-based IT Support to users of their blue-chip customer. This position is fantastic for career progression and could potentially lead to a permanent position.

Candidates will hold 2 years prior IT Service Desk experience, providing phone-based IT support taking high call volumes supporting users across hardware, software and connectivity issues and should be proficient in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft business applications, mobile devices, file and print servers and general enterprise IT systems

Candidate will be working 37.5/week Monday to Friday on a varying shift basis between 7.00am - 6.00pm. This is a 1-month contract position with scope for extension or potential to develop into a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading IT Organisation in the Reading area. The position is working on a varied shift schedule depending on the client’s workload, offering a rate of between £100 - £120 per day with great career progression opportunities and potentially working on a permanent basis after the contract ends.

Location: Reading, Berkshire

Hours: Monday to Friday- staggered shift start and end times (7.5-hour day)

Start date: Immediate

Job Type: 1-month initial rolling contract

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
