Due to continued growth, E.J Specialists Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Care Co-ordinator, with a driving licence and access to a car, to join our busy team in York. You will be responsible for preparing weekly rotas and ad-hoc changes to existing rotas, and ensuring our customers receive regular carers at their requested time and that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times. You will be required to have flexibility with your working hours and on-call work required, to ensure that we can offer a great service to our customers and care workers.

Liaising closely with the Registered Manager / Quality Officer your role will include planning and organising supervisions and shadowing alongside arranging care reviews and risk assessments for Service Users and Quality Officers. Occasionally you will be required to support and liaise with the recruitment team to ensure that they aware of staffing requirements and on some occasion conduct face to face interviews. As well as participating in the out-of-hours on call service, so you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered. You should ideally have a good understanding of the Domiciliary Care sector and suitable co-ordinator experience, with skills in rostering, IT, administration and customer service.
