Lead 2nd Line Analyst
Lead 2nd Line Analyst - manager - Windows Servers - Desktops - MS Office - MS Exchange - VMWare - SCCM
We require a Lead 2nd Line Analyst to manage a team of 2nd Line Support policies and procedures.
- Provide weekly performance report
- BAU - ensure tickets are closed down and tailored correctly
- Act as an escalation point for team/department
- Ensure that assets are up to date
- Patching of desktop environment (security)
- Looking after anti-virus and disk encryption
- Support the applications on the desktop environment
- Proven experience of working in a managerial position
- Strong background in 2nd line support
- Proactively provide solutions to complex IT Infrastructure problems encompassing such as Windows Servers, Desktops, MS Office, MS Exchange, VMWare, SCCM
