Temporary candidate to join thier team as a Work Experience Coordinator.

This role is for approx four weeks, with a possible extension. You will require a DBS for this role and to be availabe for 37.5 Hours per week Monday - Friday.

The post holder will hold responsibility for managing and motivating staff to meet targets for work experience (16-19 programmes and traineeships) and apprenticeship targets relevant to 16-19 programmes and adult provision.

Main duties of the role:

1. To lead on employer engagement targets relevant to the implementation of the apprenticeship reform and levy in relation to sales targets, funding for employers (large and SMEs), briefings and professional advisory service.

2. To performance manage, motivate and develop a team of Employer Account Officers aligned to sales in apprenticeships, work experience for 16-19 programmes and traineeships.

3. To match the specific needs of the employer with the right business solution, to account manage the entire process professionally and look for opportunities to up-sell priority and other services

4. To build and maintain a good working relationship with Local Career Services and other appropriate referral agencies and to take part in exhibitions, conventions, presentations, etc. as necessary to promote the College and its services.
