1st Line Support/IT Support required for an initial 6 month contract to join a dynamic IT Team based in Reading. The chosen candidate will need to provide both IT and Operational support

Location: Reading
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £12 per hour (Umbrella / LTD)

Duties:
- Supporting Operations team with IT & Helpdesk tasks
- First point of contact for new users and general office support
- Provide excellent service to both external and internal clients
- Creating users in AD
- PC Builds and Troubleshooting
- General IT Support around the office

Key requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, with initiative
- Experience of supporting internal customers in commercial enviroments
- Microsoft Office Features
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware e.g Printers
