About the Service Desk Analyst Role:

A Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing helpdesk support to our customers across our client's entire product portfolio. This role would be ideal for a junior/trainee/school leaver looking to break into the IT industry, the role will form an integral part of the company's Operations team.

This is an entry level position and all training will be provided

Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst:

  • Work closely with our suppliers and customers to provide remote end user support
  • Respond to inquiries from staff, customers, service providers etc. to provide technical assistance and support
  • Support all aspects of the Mobliciti product suite
  • Deal with support escalations and pre-arranged changes or upgrades
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date
  • Any other duties as requested by the business

Skills & Experience required of the Service Desk Analyst:

  • Must have an interest in IT
  • IT GCSE is desirable
