For our Talent Acquisition RPO program within RSR EMEA we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to provide our internal organisation with a specialist RPO solution. You will be managing and controlling all aspects of sourcing/recruitment within RSR EMEA. You will be liaising and interfacing with internal Hiring Managers, internal Stakeholders and the Operating Companies to add value to the recruitment process. Purpose is to meet our demands as well as implement and test new innovative tools and ways of working.

The RSR Talent Acquisition program will be the show case for our external clients.

You will not only support the Internal TA team (based in the UK and Hungary), but also lead by the example and be a mentor to the Operational Managers within the organization. You will be leading meetings and designing business processes as well as overseeing SLA and KPI target settings in an area. A senior works more independently and is capable of handling important clients alone.

Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for:

Operational Management
Should provide direction and guidance to the Delivery team and ensure their knowledge, capability, training and support are relevant to the tasks expected of them.Ensure that the team has access to the right tools at the right time, informing the team of company updates. Identify and select effective staff to meet service delivery commitments.Manage and/or participate in periodic ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required by management.

Budgeting & Costing
Should ensure that the delivery of the overall solution meets budget and time goals.Responsible for monitoring the P&L. Active participation in the forecasting and budgeting process.Manage expenses responsibly within agreed parameters.Audit and verify accuracy of all invoices and billing accruals, as needed.Familiar with contract schedules & contractual terms and have the ability to execute against them.

Building Capability
Should share ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of RSR by carrying out best practices.Coach and mentor team to meet service level(s) required. Provide recognition for positive results.Provide training where necessary on the appropriate skills and techniques. Coordinate the training delivered to new team members on project specific tasks and systems.Provide induction, development, reward and succession planning.

Client & Customer Management (Internal)
Manages important client relationships together with senior colleagues (director level) or oversees relationship management with a group of more transactional clients and customers.Should ensure optimum staffing levels to service account effectively and profitably.Responsible for meeting customer, external consultant and supplier satisfaction targets.Develop strong client relationships, communicate client requirements to the internal operations and business, provide innovative solutions to solve client needs.

Leadership and Direction
Develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility by managing others.Should work to ensure a cohesive and highly motivated team environment with responsibility for effective knowledge share and skill transfer. Conduct direct report meetings to promote team work.Be a spokesperson for state of the art recruitment strategies and process optimisation regarding the team to internal and external stakeholders.Lead and implement continuous process improvement activities/programs.

Performance Management
Takes responsibility to implement a team's performance management systems with guidance from leadership.Should manage account performance to ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are exceeded.Establish metrics and expected performance levels of all team members and provide feedback and coaching where appropriate. Set goals to help prioritize resources.Manage budget/spend onsite and report on the team’s performance through monthly MI. Ensure reports are accurate in terms of the productivity of the account.

Education & Experience required

General Education

University/Post graduate or equivalent professional & intellectual ability

Experience
Should have substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.At least 5-10 years’ experience of working in the recruitment industry in a delivery capacityExperience of working in an on-site environment is a distinct advantage.Preferably international experience.Preferably experience in having used in house client systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and vendor management/ application tracking systems.Proven ability to liaise with all levels of management.Proven ability to develop and deliver business plans and recruitment strategies.Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework. (Over 6 years to 10 years).
