We're currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper for a successful company based in Romford, Essex.

Your duties will include:

* Recording and paying incoming invoices, requests for payments, etc.

* Handling company credit cards.

* Preparation of VAT returns.

* Recording account transactions into the appropriate cost and income areas and preparing of the accounts for presentation to the company auditors.

* Preparing and dispatching of invoices to clients, customers etc.

* Payroll checking and preparation in association with any outside provider of such services, including associated Annual Returns for the company and employees.

The most suitable candidate will be confident with Sage and have experience in all areas of Bookkeeping. Multi-Currency would be an advantage but is not essential.
