As the successful IT Technician you will be responsible for the companies IT Systems (Windows Server, Office 365 and Hyper-V), and through proactive reviews and recommending new initiatives you will become pivotal in improving company efficiency.
This is a varied role where you will have to manage a complex & diverse workload, but if you want to be accountable and make a difference by the work you do this is definitely Technical Support opportunity for you.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Installing and updating software
• Upgrade and maintain IT Systems
• Owning the Server backup procedure
• Managing printers, scanners, mobile and tablets
• Using Anti-Virus applications to minimise threats

• Your CV should be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
• Technical experience in the most, if not all of the following:
o Windows Server 2008-2016,
o Office 365,
o Anti-Virus applications,
o Active Directory administration,
o Windows o/s,
o Hyper-V Virtual environment
o SQL Server
• Willingness to travel to support end users
