Digital Experience Manager - Retail Banking
£280 - £300 per day: Minimum 12 months

Reed Marketing and Creative are partnering with a widely client within the Banking sector who have an immediate requirement for a Digital Experience Manager with Retail Banking experience.

You will manage the user the customer user experience across the UK digital journey, specifically mobile and desktop website. and deliver simplified and personalised journeys that are intuitive and simple – developing a less than 3 click approach to all journeys. As well as delivering improvements and design and development of key user experiences across the public website and mobile propositions you will understand customer need and business objectives to help create best in class user journeys. Continually reviewing and refining the IA (information architecture) and overall UX (user experience) to ensure optimal performance to better meet our customers’ needs, this will also include driving the mobilisation of the site, to be adaptive by device, to be best in class regardless of device.
It is essential you have relevant product, marketing and user experience knowledge and of working a in relevant environment/s, i.e. digital, project delivery, design. A background of Retail Banking would be advantageous however the client is open to candidates from other relevant sectors such as Telecoms etc)
