We are currently partnered with a growing, very reputable insurance Broker who are offering an individual the opportunity to join the business as a Senior Sales Manager.

Your new business:

This long-standing insurance Broker set up over 40 years ago and still remain a family-run business through that time. Their heritage and successes are important to them but they recognise that there is always room for improvement and innovation!

The role:

As an important voice in the business, you will lead and develop the Sales Team Leaders, driving truly exceptional sales performance and overseeing the highest levels of customer support and service.

You will be offered the opportunity and autonomy to effectively manage your department's resources in line with budget. You will effectively use a variety of high challenge, high support leadership styles (directing, coaching, supporting and delegating) to optimise individual and team performance.

The package:

Being an integral part of this business, you should be rewarded properly. Our client offers a basic salary up to £50,000 + an array of company benefits including a generous holiday entitlement (34 days inc. of bank holidays), free car parking on site, opportunity to study towards insurance qualifications and earn bonus

We are considering candidates from the following locations: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Hertfordshire.
