A large and successful company based in Harpenden are looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join there growing team. The reason for the role is the company have seen a period of growth and require another staff member to help with this expansion.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Code invoices and match to Purchase Order
  • Ensure invoices are authorised and posted on time
  • Reconcile supplier statements and deal with any queries
  • Carry out a monthly payment run
  • General Ad-Hoc duties

  • Flexible and has an excellent attitude to work
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Has inner confidence and self motivation
  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Strong PC skills
