Delivery Partner Manager
We are committed to offering a supply chain solution that delivers high quality teaching, guidance and support programmes for employers and their Apprentices. In order to do this we provide a range of specialised apprenticeships nationally through our network of partner providers, ensuring our clients and their employees have easy access to a range of courses in their geographical locations.
Reporting to the National Delivery Partner Manager (Skills), we are looking to recruit an experienced Delivery Partner Manager to effectively manage new and existing relationships with all of our supply chain partners and sub-contractors.
As the Delivery Partner Manager, in executing the overall purpose, you will be responsible for managing relationships with a caseload of partner providers that include Independent Training Providers, FE Colleges and Universities. You will be expected to manage the learner journey from initial IAG through to achievement against KPI’s agreed with our large employers, ensuring both learner and employer satisfaction is met or exceeded.
Salary Available: £28,000 to 30,000 per annum

Knowledge skills & experience
We are looking for influential, innovative and dynamic candidates who are passionate about supporting the business to grow. As a minimum, we are looking for people who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- English & Maths (Level 2 GCSE or equivalent)
- Sound knowledge of ESFA funding and Ofsted
- Experience of managing delivery in the skills sector, including apprenticeships
- Managing & leading teams and operations
- Good IT skills
- Level 6 degree or equivalent
- Higher level specialism specific
- Management qualification
- Contract mobilisation
- Supply chain experience
- Apprenticeship assessment & eligibility
- Experience of managing contracts worth in excess of £1 million per year
- Strong communication skills - verbal & written
- Flexible and Adaptable attitude
- Intermediate to Advanced Administration and IT Skills, especially Microsoft Office packages
- Good Organisational Skills - can manage own time effectively
