For this role we're looking for someone who can:
Design, deliver and evaluate training for: practical legal skills; utilising case management systems and technical legal topics encountered within Residential Conveyancing and Re-mortgage.
Design, prepare and update training materials, lesson plans etc. which can be delivered by the training team.
Identify training needs within the Conveyancing and Re-mortgage Teams and make the appropriate development recommendations.
Coach and support colleagues during their "on the job" training, helping them get used to the case management systems and BL process.
Achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency, ultimately enhancing the skills and capabilities of our Conveyancing and Re-mortgage Teams whilst also ensuring that excellent Team relationships remain.
Perform duties in accordance with SRA; other regulatory requirements and the Firm's policies and procedures.
Deliver the appropriate level of training using relevant delivery methods to an agreed timetable.
Assist The Training Team in delivering training, mentoring and coaching to other areas of the business where required.
Assist with training at offices across the North of England, being flexible and able to travel as and when required to meet the demands of the business.
Be part of The Training Team and assist in the delivery of relevant and appropriate learning activities and interventions.
Promote and explain the objectives, aims and values of the Firm.
