For this role we're looking for someone who can:

  • Design, deliver and evaluate training for: practical legal skills; utilising case management systems and technical legal topics encountered within Residential Conveyancing and Re-mortgage.

  • Design, prepare and update training materials, lesson plans etc. which can be delivered by the training team.

  • Identify training needs within the Conveyancing and Re-mortgage Teams and make the appropriate development recommendations.

  • Coach and support colleagues during their "on the job" training, helping them get used to the case management systems and BL process.

  • Achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency, ultimately enhancing the skills and capabilities of our Conveyancing and Re-mortgage Teams whilst also ensuring that excellent Team relationships remain.

  • Perform duties in accordance with SRA; other regulatory requirements and the Firm's policies and procedures.

  • Deliver the appropriate level of training using relevant delivery methods to an agreed timetable.

  • Assist The Training Team in delivering training, mentoring and coaching to other areas of the business where required.

  • Assist with training at offices across the North of England, being flexible and able to travel as and when required to meet the demands of the business.

  • Be part of The Training Team and assist in the delivery of relevant and appropriate learning activities and interventions.

  • Promote and explain the objectives, aims and values of the Firm.
