Business Support Assistant - School Immunisation Team Annualised Hours
You will support the School Immunisation Team Lead in the operational management of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde's School Immunisation Teams to provide an accessible, appropriate, culturally sensitive, safe, person centred and effective service for children, young people and families in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies. You should show competence in the use of a range of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualifications e.g. ECDL, and be willing to participate in short courses or more formal training opportunities to improve skill level e.g. through achievement of SVQ in Administration at Level 2 or 3. This is a part-time post of 22.5hrs shift pattern for this post is Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 1.00pm, working an 8 month annualised contract from mid August - mid April.
