We are looking to hire anexperienced Credit control manager on a permanent basis in in our stunning worklocation in the Albert Dock Liverpool. In this role you will be responsiblefor Credit Control duties whilst managing a small team of credit controllers.

This role would suit a self-motivated and highly organised individualwho enjoys challenges and building long-lasting customer relationships. As the Creditcontrol manager you will ensure theefficient and effective collection of sales revenues due from externalcustomers. You will also coordinate the collation of daily and weekly cashcollection forecasts that are used by our Treasury function in the managementof cash requirements across Yodel. This is a fast paced and varied role where youwill need to hit the ground running.

As the Credit Control Manager you will need to showus:

  • Previous Credit Control Supervisory experience

  • Ability to thrive in a busy work environment and always be on-hand to support the team

  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced and changing environment

  • Ability to investigate and resolve customer queries

  • Strong credit risk awareness

  • Sales, Purchase, Nominal and Credit Control Ledger experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
