1st Line Support Analyst, initial 3 month contract, paying £13.15

What you need to do now
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, basic 1st Line duties. These include being responsible for handling incoming help and service requests referred by the IT Service Desk, identifying and carrying out any immediate corrective action that can resolve or contain issues directly, monitoring progress of incidents and keeping all interested parties informed and resolving basic to mid-level IT query's across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll possess strong customer service skills paired with a good technical awareness and understanding. Experience in a 1st line role is imperative to the success of your application, ideally within the public sector. Experience within a clinical environment is highly advantageous but not essential.

What you'll get in return
