The Finance Assistant role will be a key position within the organisation and will be responsible for:
Working in a small team with responsibility for the recording of donations and donor information on a specialised database
- Maintaining a financial database of donors and monitoring donor transactions
Creating new donor entries and inputting amendments
Validating donor information and producing reports as required
- Support in the counting and banking of cash donations ensuring all donations are accurately logged and recorded correctly
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in the use of Microsoft Office packages and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need exposure to a Donor database/system such as RAISERS EDGE or equivalent as this is an essential criteria.
