Russian and Lithuanian/Romanian Customer service administrator
GEM Partnership are delighted to support one of the North East's most prestigious legal firms in their search for a Customer Service Administrator with Language skills in two of the following three languages;
Based in the centre of Newcastle you will ideally have possess;
- Strong attention to detail and experience of working with sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Language skills with the ability to translate documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience within a customer facing environment.
Dealing with a variety of customers you will be responsible for taking initial calls and gathering information as well as maintaining highly accurate records.
Due to the nature of this role you will initially be employed on a 6 month fixed term contract, with potential for further opportunities beyond this.
