A growing business based in Watford are seeking an accounts payable clerk/purchase ledger clerk to join them on a permanent basis due to growth

The most important duties include:

  • Ensuring all invoices are processed within agreed deadlines and payment terms.
  • Supplier payment processing.
  • Ensuring all Supplier statements are reconciled quarterly and at Year End, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintain Creditor Ledger.
  • Purchase Order processing and maintenance.
  • Month end procedures.

Candidates must have prior purchase ledger experience to apply for this role.
