Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger Clerk - Based in Watford
A growing business based in Watford are seeking an accounts payable clerk/purchase ledger clerk to join them on a permanent basis due to growth
The most important duties include:
- Ensuring all invoices are processed within agreed deadlines and payment terms.
- Supplier payment processing.
- Ensuring all Supplier statements are reconciled quarterly and at Year End, resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain Creditor Ledger.
- Purchase Order processing and maintenance.
- Month end procedures.
Candidates must have prior purchase ledger experience to apply for this role.
