A Cheshire based financial services company are looking for a Head of Digital and Marketing Operations, to be responsible for the strategic management of digital and marketing activity. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior marketing professional (preferably with a background in digital) to have a significant impact on developing and defining the digital and marketing strategy for an ambitious and rapidly evolving business.


  • Develop strategies to ensure digital and marketing activity is delivering towards the business objectives
  • Manage the development of an effective content strategy
  • Review and recalibrate marketing and digital suppliers
  • Manage the development of a robust digital roadmap
  • Manage Brand Development strategy and activity
  • Analyse and review digital and marketing performance, offering recommendations for improvements
  • Further engage the centralised and de-centralised teams, ensuring strategic objectives are synchronised
  • Lead and develop the team, ensuring all members have the structure in place to achieve their objectives

What we are looking for

  • An excellent background in digital and marketing
  • A strong track record of developing and delivering effective digital and marketing strategies
  • Experience of managing agencies and suppliers
  • Excellent team leadership ability
  • Brand development experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing operations (including knowledge of UX design and testing)
  • Good experience of managing campaign performance and analysis
  • Experience within a regulated environment (financial services would be beneficial)
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of managing stakeholders at a senior level
