Page Personnel are exclusively recruiting an Accounts Administrator for an Admin and Secretarial Outsourcing business based on the outskirts of York and accessible from both Leeds and Harrogate.
The client is a rapidly growing Admin and Secretarial Outsourcing business based on the outskirts of York who are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator into their expanding finance department. This is a great opportunity to assist with the completion of transactional accounts with the support of an excellent finance manager.
As an Accounts Administrator you will be reporting into the Finance Manager, your duties will include however are not limited to:
Processing supplier invoices and ensuring all invoices are authorised.
Tying invoices back to Goods Received notes and Delivery notes.
Reconciling supplier statements and raising supplier payments.
Raising sales invoices.
Processing and reconciling bank statements.
Running customer statements and following up overdue invoices.
Assist in resolving customer queries.
Processing, validating and sending financial reports to clients.
Other ad-hoc financial duties.
The successful candidate will:
- Have worked in transactional finance previously
- Have experience in bookkeeping
- Work well within a small team
- Have good excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
