My client, one of Leeds leading charities, have an exciting opportunity for a part time Finance Assistant. Based in Bramley, you will work from the firms head office within their finance team.

The role will involve:

• Accurately inputting vouchers to Sage Line 50.
• Completion of monthly cash flow
• Maintaining the purchase ledger and bank records.
• Processing and payment of supplier invoices.
• Dealing with supplier disputes and queries.
• Maintaining the filing system for supplier invoices.
• Banking cheques to the organisation from suppliers, other organisations and individuals.
• Input of monthly /quarterly journals , rent, MF & misc e.g printing, minibus mileage
• Checking travel expenses for payroll
• Assisting Payroll officer with monthly payroll process
• Just Giving reconciliation
• Admin support for facilities & vehicle management
• Providing administrative support including filing to the finance team.

You must be:
• Have strong attention to detail and experience using Sage Line 50
• A good communicator and team player
• Be keen to work for a charity

This is a fantastic opportunity, it is a flexible part time role, 18.5 hours a week, which could be worked over 3,4 or 5 days, with a flexible start times. The pro-rate salary would workout at £8,750 per year, with 25 days holiday, pro-rata, plus bank holidays, and free parking.
