Household Insurance Advisor
An exciting new job vacancy for a Household Account Handler has become available today, with our client who are an extremely relaxed and friendly small to medium sized Independent Insurance Brokerage in Kent.
You will join the Personal Lines unit assuming responsibility for managing and administering both standard and mid to high net worth Home Insurance policies. Daily responsibilities will include working with policyholders to process renewals, answering client queries, processing MTAs and generating new business quotes.
Our client are a traditional Brokerage who offer employees a welcoming and relaxed environment, far from the world of a contact centre.
My client is seeking someone with strong customer servicing skills who possesses experience in broking/processing Home Insurance policies from within an Insurance Brokerage environment. Experience in using Applied is advantageous however not essential as full training will be provided.
