Absolute Accountancy Recruitment are working exclusively with a business services company with modern offices and friendly working environment to recruit an immediately available Accounts Payable administrator for a period of 6 months. As a result of new systems intergation and company expansion this temporary assisgnment has arisen on a 6 month temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input all supplier invoices in order to meet payment deadlines.
  • Match purchase orders to the correct invoices and keep the PO log up to date.
  • Generate purchase order numbers.
  • Scanning and filling as required.
  • Assisting the Accounts payable team in any administration as required.
  • Taking on ad-hoc tasks relating to the integration of the new system.

Requirements:

  • Must be immediately available
  • Have worked recently within an accounts enviornment
  • Be pro-active and motivated
  • Have good excel and systems skills (previous ERP system experience would be an advantage)
