Do you have experience of fraud prevention and investigation practices within UK financial services?
A successful Financial Services company based in Blackpool have an opportunity for a Fraud Officer.
The responsibilities will include:
Apply knowledge and experience of fraud prevention within Financial Services to take a lead role in preventing fraud within the business;
Highlight any potential fraud issues and recommend changes to processes and procedures where appropriate;
Investigate potential fraud including CIFAS matches, taking into consideration business SLA's;
Report proven fraud to CIFAS;
Handle any CIFAS queries;
Ensure full compliance with CIFAS rules and relevant legislation
The successful Fraud Officer will have
Experience of fraud prevention and investigation practices within UK financial services;
Experience of using CIFAS;
Intermediate or advanced user of Microsoft Office software and in particular, Microsoft Excel;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
Ability to travel to other offices, as required.
