Office Assistant

The Firm

A large independent Law Firm, well established, an industry leader with many national awards.

The Role

To act as an assistant in the property department, a major department handling domestic and commercial property matters

Initial Responsibilities

To open files - physically and on the case-management system.

  1. When a loan completes and a Lender’s charge has been registered, to update notes screen on Proclaim.
  2. When a loan redeems, to prepare the Dcase-managementS1.
  3. Requesting redemption statements from Lenders;
  4. Advise a Lender when a loan has been redeemed;
  5. Preparing invoices for accounts;
  6. Arranging payment for counsel and agents’ fees;
  7. To print, scan and copy all relevant paperwork;
  8. To act as General Assistant to two Partners
