Your new company
Hays Accountancy and Finance are working exclusively with a growing organisation based in the Teesside area where there is a need due to expansion for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them permanently.
Your new role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will support them in the day to day running of the accounts function. Your duties will include but are not limited to preparing statutory accounts, sales order processing, ordering supplies and cost management, credit control, handling electronic payments, receiving and processing all invoices as well as assisting in month end and year end procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of working in a similar position and have basic understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping. You will be able to work independently without close supervision.
