Sales Account Manager – Finance Training
Our client is a Finance Training provider. They are a small company with big ambitions and a global reach – they have a superb portfolio of clients, covering some of the biggest names in Banking and Financial services.
They are now looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the team and support the growth of the business.

Location: London (Russell Square)
Salary: up to £35,000 + Commission
Key tasks:
- Account Management – nurturing existing clients and growing their spend
- Business Development – targeting new prospects and introducing the product range to potential clients all over the world
- Marketing – initiating digital marketing campaigns, sending e-shots and monitoring responses then processing any course bookings
- Relationship building – offering advice to clients, inbound/outbound calls and queries, making appointments and taking part in client meetings
- CRM – maintaining an accurate and up to date client database, researching websites, social media and articles, to build and add new contacts to the CRM system
- Supporting the wider team in order to provide an excellent service to clients and progress the growth and success of the business
About you:
- Able to quickly build an understanding of the broad range of training products on offer to clients, to be able to effectively recommend and identify appropriate solutions for clients
- At least 3 years of experience working in a B2B Sales environment, with proven success of outbound business development
- Experience of using digital marketing tools and CRM systems to support sales and account management processes
- The ideal candidate will have experience or if not, at least a genuine interest in the Financial services industry
- Solid I.T skills, particularly with MS Office and CRM systems
