Transactional Finance Manager
A service organisation based in central Bristol is currently recruiting a Sales and Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their team.
Managing a team of 6, this role will report to the Financial Controller. Working for a well-established and successful organisation, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.
Duties will include:
- Develop and mentor a team
- Oversee the transactional elements of the month end process
- Liaise with the management accounting department when needed
- Meet clients off site, maintain high levels of customer service at all times and deal with queries effectively
- Continuously monitor and look to improve processes and the efficiency of the team
- Analyse KPI data and report to the Financial Controller
- Create reports using excel to assist the organisation with commercial decisions
The successful candidate would ideally have experience of the whole month end process and have managed staff previously. Proficient Excel and communication skills are essential.
