Job Title: Sister

** Annual Bonus + length of service bonuses + continuous training and career development**

Key Details: I am recruiting for an experienced Sister to join a ward team based in a Private Hospital which is in Surrey. I am looking for a Sister who can demonstrate effective leadership skills and also possess a good range of clinical skills and knowledge. I am looking for this Nurse to possess a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. This hospital provides a vibrant, exciting and professional environment where the advance equipment and technology is second to none.

The Key details are -

Location: Surrey- within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 per annum / £18.97 - £20.00 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week

Bonus: Annual bonus provided.

Hours: Full Time - 37.5

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a Sister to work within a busy medical and surgical ward located in Surrey. Within this position you will be required to support the Senior Sister / Charge Nurse in exercising fair and firm leadership establishing and maintaining high morale in the department. To work closely with the consultants for the achievement of effective patient management ensuring that individual consultant care protocols are followed. You will assess patients' health and well-being, assist in the delivery of care and develop your skills and the skills of others. You'll also have the chance to assist in developing and improving services.

Person Specification: to apply for this Ward Sister opportunity you must hold a valid NMC Registration with no restrictions and a clear DBS check. You must have proven experience of evaluating on going practices and implement changes as necessary to improve the standard within the department, offer mentorship to others and could manage the clinical area. The successful candidate with be required to take part in the management on-call rota. It is desirable for the successful candidate to have a mentorship qualification.
