A new opportunity has arisen within our Customer Services Team as a Customer Services Advisor, primarily based in our Dudley Branch. Supporting the Retail Customer Services Supervisor you will be responsible for embedding the customer experience by delivering an outstanding service to all.

Working in line with our vision and values, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service. Throughout your interactions with our customer you will be expected to provide a professional, accurate and consistent standard of service in accordance with our policies. You will be expected to maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role. You will be expected to engage in conversation and provide information to customer on the full range of financial products and services we offer.

To be successful in the role you will have:
A positive, can do attitude
A strong attention to detail
Excellent team working skills
Previous customer service experience, ideally from a financial services background
Proficient in the use of MS Word/ Excel and have the ability to learn new operating systems quickly
Previous cashier experience
Good organizational skills

Flexibility with locations, you may be required to work at any of our local branches and our Principal Offices - all local area
