About the Role
As their Account Administrator, you will be responsible for completing all general finance administration tasks and providing Buyers and Vendors with an accurate invoice / remittance within agreed SLA’s.
Chasing finance clearance on the required vehicles and providing clearance letters where appropriate, you must ensure online auction invoices are processes through the system in the correct manner and provide support with raising Sundry sales ledger invoices and credit control. You will record and allocate all customer receipts, deal with any associated queries and process daily vendor payment in line with the current SLA’s.
The Account Administrator will also set up, close and balance sales on the auction system, ensure direct payments are processed on the required vehicles for online auctions and funded vehicles, and ensure correct commission charges are applied to all sold vehicles.
They are looking for an individual who can consistently meet customer service excellence standards and work in line with SLA’s, compliance regulations and legislation at all times. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, good communication and organisational skills, and be able to work well as part of a team to ensure successful delivery of tasks.
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, you will be able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure. You should have excellent numeracy skills, a professional telephone manner and be able to react to change quickly and effectively.
