The Classic Motor Hub is a relaxed, friendly environment that has a small team with a varied age range of staff and volunteers, our events are primarily for motoring enthusiasts but don’t worry you don’t need to be a car nut to apply! Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some weekend work for which you will get time off in lieu during the week. The ideal candidate will live within a short travelling distance to Bibury, it is a remote location so it is important you have your own transport.

Duties & responsibilities;

  • Day to day office administration, to include; planning, data capture, execution of events
  • Full site preparation before an event
  • Organise events staff
  • Liaise with food and drink vendors
  • Maintain and build good working relationships with sponsors and partners
  • Assist with media, marketing and merchandise where required
  • Work with our Marketing and Media Coordinator to raise awareness of events through social media and our website

Skills required;

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Confident when interacting with customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and sociable demeanour
  • A team player, who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with the ability to work on their own initiative

Previous experience;

You will have been working in an event environment for at least 2 years, whether it be as a coordinator or administrator it is essential you have event experience.
