Application Support, Solihull, £20,000 - £23,000, excellent training

Your new company
You will be joining a successful company based in Solihull.

Your new role
Provide application support for internal users for retail systems and applications. You will investigate and troubleshoot reported system faults and maintain a log of issues/bugs/change requests and any progress in resolving these. You will also get the chance to provide administrative support on project work.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience providing application support. Ideally you will have experience with retail management solutions. You will be confident in using Microsoft Office applications including Advanced Excel (with experience of setting up and using pivot tables and V look ups).

What you'll get in return
This role will also involve providing training and application support on newly implemented systems. You will have excellent customer service skills. Previous experience with retail systems would be beneficial. SQL experience would also be beneficial.
