Key Responsibilities

  • Organising a matrix of the best management companies for tax compliance and also for gaining work permits, depending on which country we are supplying workers into, and for you to be the "goto" expert in the eyes of our recruiters and our candidate
  • Review and raise contract documentation in line with local legislation for new placements & extensions across 4 international offices
  • Obtain statutory, company and Client compliance for new contractors across all international offices
  • Responsible for recording, and undertaking compliance checks on all new Clients & placements
  • Management of data protection as per GDPR guidelines, leading relevant initiatives and making recommendations for process improvements where necessary
  • Liaise with operations to ensure accuracy of contractor information on company database
  • Create internal procedures to streamline contract & compliance management process
  • Implementing and managing client, contractor quality evaluation/satisfaction - gaining our NPS (net promoter score) of satisfaction to be added to our collateral
  • Own the audit and quality control measures, making the necessary changes to enable ISO accreditation and best practise
  • Responsible for welcoming contractors to the company & explaining contract & accounting processes. Deal with all contractor enquires relating to contract amendments
  • In conjunction with the Account Manager support the contractor termination process, and in particular ensuring that there is paperwork in place so that the client and candidate can’t exclude us and contract with each other directly, and that our fees and fully paid
  • Reviewing contractual documents for accuracy and performance risk. This may involve implementing new policies and guidelines with regards to these contracts, ensuring database cleanliness, and keeping communication clear between all stakeholders
  • Undertaking full commercial review of all client contracts, provision of business case and recommendations to the Director for approval, and negotiating certain clauses to mitigate our risk
  • Creation of proof of concept capability & case studies to support bids and tenders
  • Own the ultimate responsibility for the customer’s satisfaction, understanding their challenges and with the managers identify solutions
  • Liaising with external lawyers for any legal issues

Your must have the following skills outlined below:

  • Communication, the ability to communicate with clients, candidates and internal stakeholders in an articulate, credible, professional and persuasive manner
  • Senior level contract administration within the recruitment industry used to dealing with complex issues and seeking resolutions
  • Resilience, natural ability to working in a tenacious manner, flexible to multi task and prioritise own time effectively to achieve results
  • Proven experience in working collaboratively with a sales team demonstrating the gravitas, required to engage with a high level of self-awareness, and balancing the business’s desire to do fast deals with them being safe deals
  • Commercial and financial acumen - demonstrable experience of understanding the commercial and financial pressures that influence internal and external parties
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills - able to identify issues and provide solutions in a proactive manner
  • Monthly preparation of management accounts
