Partner Engagement Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Partner Engagement Manager to join our team, who can demonstrate success across a range of local business development and marketing activities for Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital. The position is for 37.5 hours per week and it is for a fixed term contract from March 2018 to February 2019 to cover maternity leave.
As a key member of the Sales and Services team you will engage primarily with our primary care community, including GPs, practice managers, nurses and other healthcare professionals. The focus of the role involves building and managing the relationship with this community, both at their sites and at hosted events within the hospital.
Within a highly competitive market, you will be responsible to drive and improve both referrals and service levels, particularly promoting insured, pay for yourself and NHS business as far as possible to ensure our customers experience an exceptional service.
You will need commercial insight, combined with a proven passion for achieving results. You will have an understanding of the Primary Care market for this position and must have the confidence to bring new ideas to the role and challenge any existing processes. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A highly organised and analytical person with high attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks is required. You will also have excellent IT skills.
Ideally GCSE English & Maths or equivalent qualification, you will have approximately 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role, with an understanding of the primary care market, and knowledge of the referral process and systems used by surgeries within the area.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, however this will also include evenings and weekends to cover events. As the role is primarily field based, successful applicants must have their own car.
