Your new job as a Construction / Real Estate Claims Handler, will be working for a privately owned Insurance Broker with offices based around the UK and head office in the City. They have a dedicated team of over 5000 associates and prides themselves on having an entrepreneurial cultural that their clients benefit from. Due to substantial growth within the teams a position for a Property and Real Estate Account Handler has arisen.
Your new role
Working as a Claims Handler based within the Construction / Real Estate team, you will be responsible for delivering a second to none 360 degree claims service to your allocated clients. This includes::
Preparing claims reports and compiling procedure material
Record, manage and resolve complaints in line with procedure
Assist with developing Loss Adjuster and insurer relationships
Attend client meetings and undertake site visits as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have to demonstrate a sound understanding of Property Damage / BI / PL and preferably be from a construction background. However my client will consider candidates from a Real Estate / Comercial / HNW or Construction Environment.
Have Experience of the Lloyd's market systems. Together with good communication skills which has led you to have a proven track record in a client facing or support role.
