Accounts Payable- Weybridge

Salary £9-11 p/h - dependant on experience

I am currently partnering with an excellent business based in Weybridge who are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on an interim basis. This role offers the successful candidate a busy, diverse role within an established, friendly finance team.

As Purchase Ledger Clerk your Key Duties will include:

  • Matching invoices to PO's and dealing with any queries
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Expenses
  • Adhoc reporting and accounting duties

Key requirements:

  • Some experience working in finance is essential and preferably in an accounts payable
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with multiple business functions
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft office skills
