Due to expansion, my client currently requires a Customer Support Manager, ideally from a technical or engineering background to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enjoy being part of a growing design & manufacturing business, in an exciting, niche industry
  • Lead a small team of field service engineers
  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries
  • Provide technical support & advice to customers and engineers
  • Produce summary reports collated from customer feedback surveys
  • Create reports and analysis on technical support requests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a customer support manager within the technical or engineering industry‚Äôs
  • Advanced technical support experience
  • Strong communication skills
