Technical Support Manager - Engineering
Due to expansion, my client currently requires a Customer Support Manager, ideally from a technical or engineering background to join their growing team.
- Enjoy being part of a growing design & manufacturing business, in an exciting, niche industry
- Lead a small team of field service engineers
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries
- Provide technical support & advice to customers and engineers
- Produce summary reports collated from customer feedback surveys
- Create reports and analysis on technical support requests
- Previous experience working as a customer support manager within the technical or engineering industry’s
- Advanced technical support experience
- Strong communication skills
