Salary in the region of £20,000 plus excellent benefits

We are recruiting for a proactive and motivated Administrator to provide support to the Project Manager and Capital Projects team.

You will be involved in the administration of the Contractor Database, producing the relevant documents to new Contractors, raising Purchase Orders and liaising with Finance Department.

You will be responsible for the full organisation and administration of meetings, updating and issuing monthly reports as well as delivering a day-to-day administrative support.

The successful candidate will be able to manage a varied workload and making decision on priorities independently with close attention to details.

You will possess excellent communication skills and a professional manner.

We welcome applications equally from those who wish to work full time (37 hours) or for a minimum of 30 hours per week via a flexible working arrangement

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication, written and oral
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and proactive approach.
  • A flexible approach and ability to manage priorities

Ideal Skills

  • Experience in minute-taking
