Position: Account Manager / Project Manager

Location: London W1

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

About us: Hello World Group is a dynamic digital agency based in Green Park, London. We deliver great work across all aspects of digital marketing and social media for our clients in retail, fashion, publishing and travel.

We are looking for a Project Manager / Senior Account Manager to help manage the delivery of corporate / ecommerce website projects and digital campaigns. This is a key role working with our planning, design and development teams, executing creative brand solutions, that cross a range of platforms and media.

The role:

Project Management:

• Working closely with Senior Management

• Working as part of the project team

• Engage with client service, designers and development teams to ensure the project objectives are realistic and achievable within time frames and budgets.

• Ensures that clear milestones are set and key activities and deadlines are met

• Develop project documentation (project plans, business requirements, statements of works and budgets) to manage the project delivery

• Providing daily project updates

• Facilitate project review meetings as necessary

• Generate and communicate weekly client status reports

• Ensure all stages of the project from creative to the client acceptance is signed off and approved by the key decision makers at all stages of the process.

• Manage and document change requests calmly and effectively

• Responsible for overseeing or directly managing the QA of copy, design and functionality against agreed specifications and scopes

• Responsible for the final project delivery and acceptance

Account Management:

• You will work across a portfolio of clients

• Daily client interaction and relationship building

• Full autonomy and responsibility for delivering digital projects and marketing activity

• You are expected to manage your project team efficiently and effectively deliver outstanding, challenging work

• Ensure the team is fully equipped to deliver digital campaigns of the highest quality, surpassing client expectations

Skills:

• Proven experience within a successful agency or client-side environment

• Experience of direct client management

• Knowledge of digital channels - Websites, SEO, PPC, Social etc.

• Solid experience in digital/integrated project management.

• Calm and presentable manner

• Capable of multitasking

• Excellent communicator

• Delivering creative, commercial campaigns

• Familiar with key project documentation (project plans, scopes of work, UX designs and technical documentation etc) an understanding of their role within a project.

• Client management experience

• Experience of working across a mixture of internal disciplines (editorial, creative and account management)

• Tracking and reporting of campaign performance Essential

Desired Experience:

• 4 years + working as a Project Manager or digital Account Manager in a digital agency

• Experienced, preferably agency based.
